Return & Refund Policy

At  ZEYRAVO, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a Print-on-Demand store, every product is printed specifically after your order is placed. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Because all products at  ZEYRAVO are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Any customer-related reason

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if your claim is approved.

Please do not return any product without prior approval.

3. Return Timeframe

Eligible return or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

Since every product is printed specifically for each order, we do not offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color selected
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

Replacements are provided only if:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • There is a verified manufacturing or printing defect.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Attach clear photos or videos of both the product and its packaging.

Our team will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Print-on-demand products without manufacturing defects
  • Products ordered in the wrong size
  • Products ordered in the wrong color
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (if offered)
  • Final Sale or Non-Returnable products

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, including receiving the wrong product, a defective item, or a product damaged during delivery,  ZEYRAVO will bear the return shipping cost.

For approved claims, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at supportzeyravo@gmail.com.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because every product is printed specifically for the customer.
