Welcome to  ZEYRAVO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility and Account Terms

2. Products and Services

 ZEYRAVO specializes in Print-on-Demand (POD) products. Every product is printed specifically after an order is placed.

While we strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
  • Actual print colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, printing processes, and fabric materials.
  • Print placement and sizing may vary slightly as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
  • Orders will only enter production after successful payment confirmation, except for Cash on Delivery (if available).

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.
  • Limit purchase quantities.
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, misuse, copyright infringement, or unauthorized transactions.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Production, Shipping and Delivery

As every product is made specifically for you:

  • Production Time: 2–5 Business Days
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 5–12 Business Days

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because all products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color selected
  • Customer preference

Returns or replacements are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products
  • Manufacturing or printing defects

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after inspection.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect our intellectual property rights.
  • Upload only artwork or content that you own or have permission to use.
  • Not interfere with the security or operation of the website.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website to:

  • Violate any applicable laws.
  • Commit fraud or identity theft.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload copyrighted or trademarked content without permission.
  • Upload offensive, illegal, or infringing artwork.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, designs, product images, text, branding, and software is the property of  ZEYRAVO or its licensors.

If you upload custom artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use it.
  • You grant  ZEYRAVO permission to use it solely for manufacturing and fulfilling your order.

Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  •  ZEYRAVO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless  ZEYRAVO, its owner, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

Your use of  ZEYRAVO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
